Calmtoolsforaquieterkindofwellbeing.

We build apps that help you notice your body, your sleep, your mind — without turning any of it into a leaderboard.

001 / Why

Wellness has gotten loud.

Streaks. Badges. Hot pink charts that scream when you slip. Most wellness apps borrow their playbook from gambling machines, then ask you to feel grateful.

We think you deserve quieter tools — ones that earn their place on your home screen by helping, not by hooking. Tools that get out of the way once they have done their job.

002 / How

Three things we will not compromise on.

I.

Calm by design.

No streaks. No daily reminders begging you back. Our apps work even if you forget about them for a month, then pick up where you left off without guilt.

II.

Built around evidence, not vibes.

Every feature ships with a paragraph explaining why it is there and what science backs it. If we cannot back it, we do not build it.

III.

Your body, not our dataset.

We do not sell behavioral data. We do not feed your numbers to advertisers. We collect the minimum we need to make the app work, and we are explicit about each piece.

004 / Our first one

Nouri.

An AI calorie tracker, without the anxiety.

Snap a photo of what you are eating. Nouri reads the plate and notes the calories — no streaks, no shame, no neon graphs. Just awareness, kept calm.
